Lisa W. DeBerardine is currently the Managing Member of Delmar Consultants, a consulting company with a focus on strategic planning.  Prior to this, she was the Vice President, Strategic Planning and Financial Forecasting, for Schering-Plough Corporation, a global science-based health care company with leading prescription, consumer and animal health products.  She was responsible for the corporate strategic planning and forecasting function from July 2004 to December 2009, including the development of the corporate strategic plan that ensured that the strategies were aligned, met corporate objectives and were linked to actions.

Ms. DeBerardine joined Schering-Plough in 1985 and was staff vice president, investor relations from 1997 to 2004 where she was responsible for developing and executing the communication strategy regarding the company’s business to institutional and individual shareholders.  Subsequent to joining Schering-Plough as a clinical manufacturing specialist in the Research Division, Ms. DeBerardine held positions of increasing responsibility in Research, Pharmaceutical Operations, Investor Relations and Corporate.  Before joining Schering-Plough, she was the research group leader at Chase Chemical Company, Newark N.J.

Ms. DeBerardine received her B.S. degree in pharmacy from Rutgers University College of Pharmacy and an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in finance from Rutgers University.  She is a registered pharmacist in the State of New Jersey.
