He has a unique blend of management experience and track record of building multiple strategic R&D partnerships with large pharma such as Takeda, Merck, Novartis, J&J and Celgene in Drug Discovery, Development and Life Cycle Management. Former VP BMS; President R&D Ranbaxy, Co-founder and CEO Advinus; Serial entrepreneur.
Rashmi is also on the Scientific Advisory Board at GARDP – Global Antibiotic Research and Development Partnership; Scientific Advisory Committee of DNDi, a Geneva, Switzerland based organization focusing on neglected diseases.
